The Summit is designed for brokers, agents, managers, and association boards/staff. We will explore the things we don’t know about DEI, learn the skills we need to be successful in our profession, and actionable steps for impactful change. Deanna Singh

Deanna Singh is a business consultant, speaker, and podcaster who is internationally recognized for her work in leadership, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Her podcast, Uplifting Impact brings together the intersection of Leadership and Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion while focusing on solutions directed at people who want to break the status quo. Deanna is a gifted communicator and champion for marginalized communities.

Kelly McDonald

Kelly McDonald is considered one of the nation’s top experts in leadership, marketing, the customer experience, and consumer trends. Kelly was named one of the “10 Most Booked Speakers in the U.S.” and ranked #1 on the list of “25 Hot Speakers” by Successful Meetings Magazine. Her newest bestselling book is called, “It’s Time to Talk about Race at Work: Every Leader’s Guide to Making Progress on Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion”.

M. Ryan Gorman

M. Ryan Gorman is the co-founder of btcRE LLC, a boutique real estate redevelopment and consulting firm. Gorman is intrigues by the intersection of people and place, passionate about building communities, and determined to make quality housing more attainable for all. Previously, Gorman was proud to lead Coldwell Banker globally following a career in M&A in Silicon Valley and on Wall Street in New York City.
