Event description

Description

C4 Atlanta in partnership with Alternate ROOTS present a facilitated discussion about workplace equity, diversity, and inclusion in the Atlanta arts sector.

This event is FREE but RSVP is required due to limited space. Lunch will be provided.

Dr. Brea Heidelberg will lead a discussion around organizational culture and how toxic work cultures may feed into the larger community. We will cover complex issues and infuse the learning from C4 Atlanta's previous conversation on power in the arts ecosystem into this one. Our goal: a community pact, so to speak, of how the arts
sector as a community addresses structural inequities in our own backyard.

Our hope is that we can bring together arts leaders with arts workers to ask how we can do this work better...together.

A BIG thanks to Alternate ROOTS, The National Center for Civil & Human Rights, and an anonymous funder for making this event possible.
