About this event
Conversations around diversity, equity, inclusion and justice are often difficult due to the high emotions that tend to be triggered. In order to move these conversations toward real change, we must be able to engage our emotional intelligence skills to support healthy and productive relationships and focus on solutions.
Join United Way of Greater Nashville's Community Impact Funding Professional Development team in this six-part series: "Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Justice through Emotional Intelligence." This series will be held at UWGN's offices at 250 Venture Circle in Nashville, TN.
This series is designed to provide the skills and information to engage in difficult conversations around diversity, equity, inclusion and justice in productive ways to motivate and support real change.

About the Presenter
Elandriel Lewis is the senior manager of early learning and training at United Way of Greater Nashville where she works with local early childhood teachers and leaders to ensure lifelong educational and personal success for children and families. Elandriel believes that every child deserves safe, stable, nurturing relationships and time outdoors to support academic and social-emotional growth.
