The best Succession plan starts in the onboarding process and the individual goal setting process organizations help employees build. If you help people get what they want, they will help you get what you want. Organizational development as a model will produce employees that will see growth as a natural process and produce leaders who foster growth in others.

  • How do we build individual work plans into our succession planning?
