This in-depth, full-day workshop comprises all critical compliance components necessary to meet federal, state and city regulations that govern the education of English Language Learners.
We cover demographic and performance information, the ELL identification process and protocol, most used ATS reports necessary to gather ELL data.
This session is specifically designed for ELL coordinators. School-based administrators and teachers may register as well.
Due to limited seating we ask one participant per school register at this time. Other sessions will be offered in the near future.
Upon registering please download, print and bring a copy of the ELL Policy and Reference Guide (EPRG) available at https://intranet.nycboe.net/SpecialPopulations/ELL/Resources/ellpolicybrief.htm. We will be referring to the EPRG throughout the day.
