  • Participants will design rituals and routines for teaching, implementing and sustaining student-driven academic discourse in response to rich problems.

Grade Band break out groups will work on designing supports for a variety of learners for one arc of instruction with a focus on the target standards for this unit. Participants will begin to design rich tasks and prompts for discussion and writing using SMP 3 as a guide.Structure: This session will have a whole group component and a grade band break-out component.
