DISTRICT 28 - CREDENTIALS - DISTRICT COUNCIL MEETING SEPTEMBER 18, 2021

Members of the District Executive Committee (DEC) and the District Council - Club Presidents and VPs of Education - are entitled, and expected, to vote on District business conducted during the Hybrid District Council Meeting on Saturday, September 18, 2021 at 9:00 am.

Your registration is required for the Credentials process. Your role as a club President, VP Education and/or DEC member will be verified prior to the Council meeting. You must be a paid member of a club in good standing in order to vote.

Your attendance at the meeting is important. We will vote on:

• District Budget
• District Appointments
• Audit Report
• Minutes from the last District Council meeting
• District Updates

for the Toastmaster year, 2021-2022.

We must have a quorum of the District Council members, in good standing, to do business. DEC members are not counted toward the quorum. Proxies are not allowed for this online/hybrid meeting. Each District Council member must cast their own vote.

Each club has two votes, one by the President, one by the VP of Education.

Members who hold the position of President or VP of Education in more than one club may represent each club, with a maximum of two votes.

DEC members are entitled to one vote, plus additional votes if they hold the position of club President or VP of Education in one or more clubs, with a maximum of three votes.

YOU MUST REGISTER EACH VOTING POSITION SEPARATELY.

Please use the REGISTER button to register your voting role. If you have more than one vote you must register each voting position separately. You will be asked for:

• Your name
• Your membership ID number
• Club name - for each vote
• Club number - for each vote
• Club office - President or VP Education
• DEC Member
• Preferred email for voting link (corporate email may not deliver email, use personal email if this may be a concern)
• Will you attend the meeting

The first block for registration is required, the 2nd one is not required so skip over if you have only one vote. for those who may have three votes, please log in a second time to register for the third vote.
