Join us for the Keystone Neighbourhood “Distilled” Speaker and Spirits Series on Saturday, February 11th! “DISTILLED” shakes, blends, and introduces educational topics of interest to our mountain community from experts in the industry. Jim Beam and Chef David Welch pair to deliver a unique twist to a whiskey dinner. Eat and drink your way through five small plate stations, each matched with a whiskey tasting. The World Whiskey event’s menu items include mouthwatering items like “York Town” Seafood of shrimp & bay scallops with shallots, garlic, Jim Beam, tomatoes, scallions & cream over Ditalini pasta along with hearty items like BBQ beef brisket and pork ribs. Honey Hibiki Harmony Whiskey Wheat Bread Baguettes with a Garden Salad
Hibiki Harmony (Japanese Whiskey): This is a clean, medium bodied and slightly spicy whiskey that works well with salad courses as well as fruit or vegetables
York Town” Seafood of Shrimp & Bay Scallops with Laphroaig Scotch Cream over Ditalini Pasta
Laphroaig Quarter Cask: This whiskey pairs well with briny, coastal seafood
BBQ Beef Brisket and Pork Ribs Served with Molasses & Alberta Rye BBQ Sauce
Alberta Rye Dark Batch: Pairing a Canadian Whiskey with traditional southern food may sound a bit strange, but this particular whiskey drinks very much like a Bourbon and will compliment anything BBQ-esque.

Tyrconnell Port Finish: This particular whiskey has a soft, sweet finish to it that compliments nearly any dessert
