Austin Fit, in collaboration with the Austin Runners Club, is organizing a 9-mile and 18-mile training run on January 7, 2017 starting at 7:00AM. Come join us for a moderately hilling run through scenic South Austin neighborhoods. Austin Fit will provide supported water stops about every 3 miles offering water, Gatorade, bananas, oranges, cookies, and pretzels. Austin Fit will also provide printed routes and coach-led pace groups. There will be two porta potties available for use near the start/finish area.

Please be aware these are NOT closed course routes. You will be responsible for obeying all traffic/pedestrian laws. We recommend you run against traffic while on residential streets and on sidewalks while running along non-residential streets.
Cost: FREE!!! No Medals. No Event Shirts. No packet pickup. No porta potties on the course. No cheering spectators. No free food at the finish (Taco Joint sells great tacos). We will offer ice towels at the end (but you can't take them with you). Loads of FREE fun, free parking, and a great way to train for 3M Half Marathon and Austin Half and Full Marathon.
