About this event
Purpose: The purpose of the program is to discuss outcomes from the “Health Re-Imagined: The Digital Incubator” and promote design thinking and systems engineering principles for patient centered care.
Learning Objectives:
- Assemble interprofessional teams that include academic nursing, chief nursing officer, chief technology officers, biomedical engineering, and computer scientists.
- Analyze team dynamics, processes, and functionality.
- Discuss innovation and research as it relates to the digital nurse.
- Improve key drivers of health systems success, reduce operational costs, and improve care that is measurable and scalable.
Target Audience: APRNs and Registered Nurses who are not APRNs; Physicians and/or PAs; faculty, postdoctoral fellows, graduate and undergraduate nursing students, and students in the health sciences and other practice disciplines.
Fees: There are no fees and no prerequisites for this activity.

Nurses: USF Health is accredited as a provider of continuing nurse education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
A maximum of 4.0 contact hours may be earned by learners who successfully complete this continuing nurse education activity.
