Event description
This 3-part virtual workshop series on racism will be co-facilitated by the Network for Social Justice. Come for some or all of the sessions

About this Event

The series, led by two co-facilitators, is designed as a number of intentional conversations around core tenants of a racial justice approach. The aim is to give participants the language and tools to have grounded conversation around race and racism, taking steps to disrupt it on the micro level (challenging perceptions within themselves, and also in small scale conversations with family, friends and colleagues).

Participants will be led through terms, theoretical models, and actionable concepts and each session will conclude with a series of practical applications of anti-racism which can be applied to their own personal and/or professional work.

It is recommended, though not required, for participants to attend all 3 sessions. Please indicate which of the sessions you plan to attend when you register. Registration for each session will remain open until the scheduled date of that session. Each session will begin at 7PM and run for 2 hours.
