About the event:

Muse over Molière, Le Misanthrope and modern adaptations of the comedic masterpiece at a conversation about David Ives’s The School For Lies, beginning May 30 at Shakespeare Theatre Company. Dramaturg Drew Lichtenberg discusses Molière’s significance in modern theatre, Ives’s “translaptation” process and political satire through the ages.
