Most of us can relate to the fact that this previous year has been one of the most 'interesting' in our careers. Reinventing yourself and your company, rebuilding your whole business strategy, finding a new target market, re-planning your expansion, keeping your employees/colleagues engaged & motivated...

For the very first time, all companies over the world had to face the exact same challenge at the same time and adapt. However, how they thrived and survived is unique to each of them.

For this panel discussion, we brought together 4 panelists, with different experiences. From France to Sweden, including the UK - we will address their challenges, hear some of their tips & advice and understand their perspectives on what's next.

About our panelists

⭐ Grace Mehrabe - Outmind ⭐

Alumni of the fullstack coding bootcamp @LeWagon, she previously worked at Hyperlex, to make contract management easier through AI technology, and prior to that, co-created Lemon Learning (interactive guides for software training) in parallel with management studies (Paris-Sud/ESCP Europe). As challenges lead her to action, she launched Outmind with a team of engineers, to give you access to your internal data way more easily.

⭐ Hicham Larhnimi - UbiGo (ex: Heetch & TipTapp) ⭐

After his bachelor's degree in Marketing & Management in Florida, Hicham came back to home Sweden to run the expansion of successively Heetch, a French ride-sharing platform, and TipTapp, a Swedish marketplace for instantly resolving a household’s challenges with everyday logistics. Well determined to bring new mobility solutions to Sweden and well-equipped to handle the Entrepreneur's main challenges, he started running UbiGo, a startup providing flexible and well-tested concepts for cities worldwide.

⭐ Francisco Dantas - Kymono ⭐

Graduating from Hospitality at EHL, Francisco worked for Omega and Badenoch + Clark in London - as a Consultant for 2 years, before joining Kymono. Switching from experiences in big international companies to joining a fresh French startup was a challenge! By bringing your corporate culture to life through quality customized clothes, objects, spaces, corporate events, and consulting, Kymono has become the startup's new best friend. From Project Manager to International Sales Manager | Country Manager UK, Francisco has a lot to share on how to build an expansion strategy in Challenging Times.

⭐ Kitty Mayo - Entrepreneur First ⭐

Fanatic long-distance cyclist, ski-instructor, arctic sailor, currently in training for the Transcontinental bike race over 4,000km across Europe in under 16 days, Kitty is not afraid of challenges. Joining Le Wagon Coding Bootcamp in 2019 definitely added another string to her bow. She joined Entrepreneur First in London as a Growth Associate, to support bringing together extraordinary people to build startups from scratch, helping them building co-founding teams, developing ideas, and accelerating through fundraising from the world's best investors.
