About Your Presenters:
Thomas Ryan, Esq. is the Managing Partner and Chair of the Employment and Labor Practice Group at Laddey, Clark & Ryan. He is a former president of the Sussex County Bar Association, a member of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association. He studied labor relations at Harvard University, where he earned his Master’s degree, and received his law degree from Seton Hall University. He grasps the intricacies of labor and employment law from the perspectives of management and employees. That's why he specializes in labor and employment law as well as commercial litigation.
Ursula Leo, Esq. focuses her practice on Employment and Labor, Municipal, and Land Use Law. She advises clients in all aspects of employment and labor law, including employment contracts, compensation agreements, non-competition and non-disclosure agreements, and severance agreements, She received her undergraduate degree from the University of New Mexico, and her law degree from Syracuse University College of Law, cum laude. She is a frequent lecturer on Employment and Labor Law topics.
Michael Darbee, Esq. focuses on Employment and Labor Law, as well as Estates and Trusts. He earned his J.D. at Widener University School of Law and was a Board member on the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. Michael received his B.A. degree in English from The College of New Jersey.
