Event description

Description

How do you move a team toward ever-more customer-centric thinking? How do you build a mindset of curiosity, inquiry, and divergent thinking? Then, do you do this at scale, across dozens of portfolios, in a company with thousands of people?

Laura Ward is a 14 year veteran of PayPal and will tell you the story of the company's journey from technology-driven to customer-centric experiences - a process which is still in progress.

You will get practical tips on how to address customer discovery training in your organization, plus practice in small break out sessions to assist you in building momentum toward greater customer focus on your team.

Why Does AIGA SF Charge a Fee to Attend?

We're a 501 (c)(3) non-profit and while we would LOVE to produce free programming, San Francisco is an expensive city! All ticket fees directly support the work we do and future programming. Thank you to Paypal for hosting this event and donating the ticket sales to fund future activities.

We want all AIGA SF programming to be accessible to those who wish to attend. To inquire about free or reduced tickets, please take a moment to fill out our scholarship form.

*by purchasing this ticket you agree to photo and video taken on site at the event and release aigaSF or its partners to use the photos/video for promotional purposes
