The session will be lead by Safa Boga who completed ashtanga yoga and meditation training in India and is passionate about sharing the benefits of this practice, especially to help people who may struggle to meditate or still the mind, to achieve that sense of calm and the benefits that come with it.

What to bring?
No mats required. Please wear comfy clothing.
Do I need yoga experience?
This class is suitable for everyone regardless of age, physical fitness health etc. You will be seated and lying down throughout.
