Jessica S. Dorman-Davis, Freeman Freeman & Smiley, LLP
Ms. Dorman-Davis is a certified specialist in Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Law. For the prior 10 years Ms. Dorman-Davis has been named as a "Southern California Super Lawyer," a designation bestowed on only the top 5% of lawyers in this region by Law & Politics and Los Angeles magazines. She has also been repeatedly named in the group of “Best California Lawyers” and “Best Wealth Managers.” Jessica represents high net worth individuals in her tax and estate planning practice. She also represents universities and other charitable organizations in her tax and trust administration practice. She is a regular speaker at California Education of the Bar to other attorneys, and is a frequent speaker to legal and non-legal groups on trust and estate planning matters.
Delia FernandezFernandez Financial Advisory, LLC
Delia Fernandez is a personal financial planner and investment advisor registered with the State of California. She has more than 20 years experience in the financial services industry, including 12 years as consumer ombudsman, national spokesperson and director of public affairs with TRW's credit reporting division, six years on the Board of Directors of TRW Systems Federal Credit Union and two years as Director of Corporate Communications and Investor Relations at Ashton-Tate. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and member of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA), the association for fee-only planners, as well as the Financial Planning Association (FPA). She holds an MBA from California State University, Long Beach, a B.A. in British and American Literature from Scripps College, and a Certificate in Personal Financial Planning from the University of California, Irvine. She is also a member of the Advisory Board for UCI's Personal Financial Planning Certificate Program, and teaches the Survey of Financial Planning course for the Certificate Program.
Darrel ReifschneiderCEO, Lite Cylinder Company, LLC
Darrel Reifschneider serves at the helm of several thriving businesses, thanks to his leadership skills and manufacturing expertise. In 2002, he founded the Lite Cylinder Company, which manufactures and sells composite propane cylinders for residential and recreational use. The Discovery Channel featured the company and its revolutionary manufacturing process on the show "How it's Made." Since 2000, as CEO, he had led Harpeth True Value Hardware, a retail store and lumber yard in Franklin, Tenn., as wells as partnered with residential home builder Tennessee Valley Homes and All Service Propane. From his start as engineering manager in 1955 to president and CEO from 1972 to 1999, he worked for Manchester Tank Company, a business founded by his family and, in 1999, the leading pressure vessels manufacturer with seven plants, 1,000 employees and more than $200 million in sales. In addition, Reifschneider is a member of the Tennessee Commerce Bank board of directors, National Fire Protection Association and Tau Kappa Epsilon, a fraternity that he joined while a student at CSULB. He also sits on the National Propane Gas Association’s Governmental Affairs and Technical Standards Committees. Locally, he is active with the Franklin Chamber of Commerce and Rotary Club. Among his other interest, Reifschneider counts tennis, hunting, gardening, and running a 150-acre farm. He lives in Franklin with his wife, Joan, and they have two living children and three grandchildren.
Parking permits can be purchased for $5 from the parking dispensers located in any lots. The parking permit is valid in any general lots but the closest lot by the BAAC are Lots 13, 14A, or Parking Structure 1. The dispenser accepts one and five-dollar bills, debit, and credit cards. The permit allows you to park until 11:59pm for the day of purchase.
