The GYROTONIC® Method is an original and unique movement method that addresses the entire person, opening energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing range of motion, and improving strength, and movement efficiency. With Gyrotonic exercises, each movement flows into the next, allowing the joints to move through a natural range of motion without jarring or compression. These carefully crafted sequences create balance, efficiency, strength and flexibility.
Gyrotonic classes are designed to take the body beyond it’s current limitations. People come out of a Gyrotonic class with increased freedom of movement, greater strength, and more agility. Athletes improve performance. Rehabilitation clients recover quicker, and more fully post injury.
Chris Darmanin is passionate about sharing the amazing benefits of Gyrotonic exercise which is why he is dedicating this event to introducing you to this movemenet system and to allow you to explore and discover the positive influence it could have on your life.
Typically, Gyrotonic sessions are private one-to-one sessions lasting either 60min or 90min long. This provides every individual with a tailored session designed for their own specific needs or goals. Upon booking your place for this event, Chris will get in touch with you individually to provide you with your allotted time slot for a private taster session of 30mins.
