Description
Meditation has been proven an essential practice to counter the numerous stressors we face each day. In this monthly class you will be given the opportunity to explore meditation in a supportive setting. Instruction will be given to guide you into a state of relaxation, cues given to keep you engaged in and deepen the meditation process, and guidance given to maintain your meditative state as you continue with your day. Meditation cushions and chairs will be provided.
