You will learn several simple techniques, and we will help you create a short, powerful practice that will leave you feeling buoyant and refreshed so you can thrive throughout your day. As little as 15 minutes a day can have profound and transformationals effect.


This 2-part course is suitable for absolute beginners to advanced practitioners, and includes guided meditations, yoga philosophy and Q & A time.
