Come enjoy a peaceful country setting with lots of activities and time to spend catching up with others you love, and just catching your breath.
The fees include the overnight accommodations and meals for Saturday Lunch, Saturday Supper and Sunday Brunch.
Once you have RSVP'd a formal itinerary will be sent to you as we get closer to the event. However a rough schedule is as follows:
Friday arrival anytime after 4 pm-No meal scheduled for this evening
Saturday Morning-Fishing and Free Fun
Saturday afternoon-Paintball for the men if they choose that option
Saturday early evening-Short group gathering
Saturday Night-Group Campfire
Sunday morning-Country Chapel Service
When do we arrive?
Some people are choosing to come Friday late afternoon and stay two nights to make the travel worthwhile. Others are unable to come until Saturday. Pick the ticket for what is best for your schedule and come as soon as you can!

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes I we know which option you chose. Since we aren't doing payment through eventbrite please make checks payable to Megan Howell as I will be writing one check to cover the event.
Where will we sleep?
The facility has hotel rooms that can equip families with mulitple members. When the hotel rooms are booked, there are also bunk houses that can be used. The facility can hold anywhere from 200-300 overnight guests so we can make room!
Do I need to bring my own bedding?
Once the hotel rooms have been maxed out by first come first serve RSVP's we will be letting people know if they would need to bring their own bedding for other situations in bunk houses.
What supplies do I need to bring?
There will be campfires, paintball, fishing, etc and a small church service on Sunday morning. Dress accordingly for being outside in chilly weather, possibly bring mud/rain boots for hiking or being by the pond, and what you feel comfortable in for church.
