Join us for an online conversation about our latest event, Disco School - an ambitious project aimed at inspiring the people of Murska Sobota, a post-industrial Slovenian town, to break free from a nostalgic past and move towards a new vision of their town's future.
Take a walk through the online exhibition as we reflect on the processes and creative mediums used during the project, join the conversation about the value of embracing community perspectives in our work, and the role of childhood in the voice and agency of our collective future.

About the project
The Disco School project was co-produced by the Institute for Transmedia Design together with the Centre for Creativity, the Municipality of Murska Sobota, Primary School III Murska Sobota, MIKK - Youth and Culture Club Murska Sobota, the Institute for Culture, Tourism and Sport Murska Sobota, the Municipality of Ljubljana, Academia Maribor, the Academy of Arts in Split and Goldsmiths University of London.
The project is co-produced with the Centre for Creativity at the MAO and is part of the partnership network of the Centre for Creativity Platform, co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund, the Republic of Slovenia, the Municipality of Ljubljana, and the Municipality of Murska Sobota. The project is honorarily sponsored by the Municipality of Murska Sobota.
