Join us for a town hall Q&A covering insurance claims, mortgages, buying/selling land, and more with Jeffrey Foster.
Jeffrey Foster is a lawyer licensed in Hawaii and Washington state. As co-lead counsel in 50+ bad faith lawsuits and a class action case filed against Lloyds of London, Jeff proudly represents homeowners in Leilani Estates, Kapoho, and other areas where homes were destroyed in the 2018 Kilauea eruption.

SHAC (Synergistic Hawaii Agricultural Council) works on behalf of the Papaya, Floral, and Coffee inudstries- HPIA (Hawaii Papaya Industry Association), HFNA (Hawaii Floriculture and Nursery Association), and HCA (Hawaii Coffee Association). SHAC received a federal MBDA grant to assist growers with farm recovery after the 2018 Lava Flow and Hurricane Lane. This workshop series is being organized in partnership with TKC (The Kohala Center) to bring needed business planning, skills, and access to capital to rebuild farm businesses.
