Description

This 5-week cooking series features popular local chefs demonstrating a different international dish each week. The demonstrations will show you how to prepare healthy and tasty dishes using produce growing in our Kitchen Garden. Participants will learn to grow, maintain, harvest, prepare and cook meals.

August 5th: Guacamole and Ceviche with Luis Melendez, La Taquiera

August 12th: Arroz con Gandules (Puerto Rican Rice and Pigeon Peas) with Eric Corbine, WOW

August 19th: Green Papaya Salad with Chumpot Ratanawong, Hanuman Express

August 26th: Jambalaya Pasta with David Lorio, Thrive Foodery

September 9th: In Season Spanish Cooking with Nate Bychinski, Red Eye Brewing Company

September 16th: Hmong Eggrolls with Paj Ntshua Nplaim (The Roses)

Classes occur rain or shine.

What's the refund policy?

Your ticket is refundable up to 30 days in advance to the class (excludes Eventbrite's fees).

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No. Someone will check you in when you arrive. Please make sure the person taking the class is the same name on the registration sheet.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Tickets can be transfered to another Dirt to Pot class by calling 715-261-6309 (depending on availability)
