Description

The Directors' Club is a new membership-based programme that offers the opportunity for directors of small and medium-sized practices to share knowledge about how they run their businesses and take leadership on key issues facing the profession. Conceived as a membership scheme, the Directors’ Club brings together thought leaders in the industry in order to transform the profession.

Held 6 times throughout the year, the Directors’ Club offers studio-visit discussions between directors led by an expert moderator. The sessions will create an informal social environment (held in a different practice each time), where directors can gain valuable insights from business experts and peers. The membership also includes access to MoA Academy sessions.


Mission
• Sharing knowledge between directors on how their practices are run
• Sharing knowledge between directors about key topics that will push the industry forward
• Creating action groups to implement strategies on moving forward key ideas that architecture practices are facing
• Communicating the knowledge with the broader built enviroment community through MoA channels

Club benefits
• Free access to all Director's Club meetings - Director's only
• Free access to all thematic programming (Monday evenings) - anyone from the practice can attend, available tickets are first come first serve
• Access to 3 MoA Academy sessions of your choice - anyone from the practice can attend, available tickets are first come first serve
• Two free guest passes per year to invite another Director to the Directors’Club - only Director's to attend
• Invitations to MoA openings
