About this Event

Join the Hilton Head Island Land Trust for Dinner with Tony Mills and His Animal Friends on Tuesday, April 21st at 5:30 p.m. at the Palmetto Hall Clubhouse. As part of our annual meeting, we are excited to feature Tony Mills for a hands-on discussion about living in and learning about our unique coastal kingdom. Tony will be bringing some of his favorite creatures, including alligators and snakes.

Dinner will be provided. All dinners include a choice of a green salad or she-crab soup, stuffed shrimp, petite filet, or stuffed mushrooms, and dessert.

Our Keynote Speaker

Tony is an environmental educator with emphasis on southeastern animals and plants and is education director for the Low Country Institute. Tony also hosts the award-winning nature television series Coastal Kingdom on SCETV and other channels for which he won a Southeastern Emmy Award for Best Talent/Host. In addition to teaching and writing, his continuing field studies with plants and animals of the southeast have taken him into the jungles of Mexico and Costa Rica to study snakes and lizards and into the Everglades to collect introduced pythons and endangered crocodiles.
