Description

Celebrate dove season in Thomaston with a special dinner prepared by Chef Chris Hastings. Chef Hastings’ offerings will include local seasonal hors d’oeuvres and a 4-course dinner of contemporary cuisine with Southern influences. Chef Hastings will interact with guests by introducing each food as it is served. Musical entertainment will be provided by Dustin Pounders. Event hosted by Southern Perspective. Proceeds will benefit the Alabama Whitetail Records Museum.

  • About the Chef: Chef Chris Hastings is the owner of the very popular Hot and Hot Fish Club in Birmingham.
  • Chef Hastings competed and won against Bobby Flay in Iron Chef America which aired on Food Network on February 26, 2012. The secret ingredient was sausage.
