The evening begins with a drive through the beautiful country-sides of Oregon, past charming farms and endless countryside views. Upon arriving at Fairsing Vineyard, nestled between Gaston and Yamill, you’ll be greeted with a glass of wine and invited to stroll the grounds. The newly completed tasting room honors the owner’s Celtic heritage while incorporating sustainability and style. The building is board-formed concrete with a curved glulam beam ceiling. Overall the design is reminiscent of ancient structures found in the Irish countryside. Walk our remarkable labyrinth, sip the wine and enjoy the view. Then, you will be seated seated among friends and family alongside the farmers and winemakers. The farm-style community tables set the stage for 6-7 course feast featuring a locally crafted menu. Each menu is seasonally created to highlight the freshest ingredients that Oregon has to offer. From the dinner to wines, and everything in between, this event is the definition of farm to table.”
Field & Vine is thrilled to host Chef Pascal Chureau with an expertly prepared six-seven course, with the help of Briar Rose Creamery, wine dinner at this local treasure.
$85/guest includes 6-7 course dinner, wine/beer, tax and gratuity.
