Gilead Sciences, Inc. will present on TRUVADA for PrEP® (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis)-- HIV Prevention Medication.

Nakeisa Jackson will be presenting on the importance of being mentally healthy while living with a chronic condition and guiding attendees on recording journal entries using pages from her New Journal "LIFE AFTER... the JOURNAL".

Mother/Daughter Duo, Shyronn Jones and 6 yr old Shyloh, will co-facilitate worksheets from their “Language Is Art: HIV Activity Book” to Help Foster Continuum Conversation with Youth About HIV/AIDS.

Belize Spivey will be presenting on the STIGMA of Living with a Chronic Condition and FIVE STEPS to Overcome The Stigma as sited from her Autobiography "OVERCOMING WHAT CAN'T BE CURED: Living Beyond Herpes".
