Join best-selling authors and paranormal investigators Thomas D’Agostino, and his wife, Arlene at the Hawthorne Hotel for an afternoon investigation of the Hawthorne.


Founded in 1925, The Hawthorne Hotel in Salem, Massachusetts, is rated as the fourth most haunted hotel in the United States.


The event includes an incredible buffet luncheon, presentation on the ghosts and history of the hotel, giveaways, hands-on investigation, and fun! (Limited to 65 guests)


Tom and Arlene are the authors of 12 books on ghosts legends and folklore of New England.

Saturday, July 28, 2018 starting at 12:00 pm in the haunted Hawthorne Hotel Library, located in the basement of the Hawthorne Hotel. 


Investigation event starts with a presentation on history and haunts of the hotel by Thomas D’Agostino at 12:15 pm followed by a full buffet-style luncheon:

  • Antipasto with Provolone, Salami, Mozzarella, Anchovies, Vegetables and olives
  • Classic Cesar salad, with Herbed Croutons
  • Penne Pasta with Rapini, Red Peppers and Portabella Mushrooms with olive Oil Garlic Sauce

Thomas D’Agostino and Arlene Nicholson have been extensively studying and investigating paranormal accounts for over 36 years. Creators of 12 books and counting, together they have penned and captured on film the best haunts and history New England has to offer.

 Tom is a graduate of Rhode Island College with a degree in Political Science. Tom builds his own musical instruments, many from the Medieval and Renaissance eras.

Arlene is a professional photographer. Her education spans from degrees in photography to marketing and fundraising. Arlene is also a talented tarot card reader with years of experience and success in the field.

Tom and Arlene work together with some of the best names in the field investigating the paranormal from New England and beyond.

Thomas and Arlene presently reside in Connecticut.
