We’re talking about the Engineers that code our most important enhancements, the Product Team that shapes our platform and road map, and the personnel that are called upon to solve our most challenging customer deployments. This dinner is the perfect environment to speak with DocuSign's top technical resources - and no WebEx needed! You can ask our product team about the most recent and upcoming features & enhancements, speak with our customer architects on successful deployments, or with our partner team on our strategic integrations. There will be representatives to speak to products such as DocuSign Identify, Responsive Signing, Rooms for Mortgage, eSignature API, Print Driver, Retrieve, and Authoritative Copy among many others.

Drew McCabe - Director, Solution Architects

  • DocuSign Experience: 15 Years

  • Current Engagement: Out of 3,000 DocuSign employees, Drew is the most tenured employee. He has always served our customers in a technical capacity and is able to handle anything platform wide.

  • Career Highlights: Drew has architected the most complex custom solutions and resolved the most difficult issues for customers of any size and in any industry for 15 years.

Mike Parish - Commercial Services Engagement Manager

  • DocuSign Experience: 12 Years

  • Current Engagement: Validates customer vision, scopes effort of implementation, and aligns appropriate Customer Success Offerings with customer needs.

  • Career Highlights: Began in Sales both as Account Executive and Account Manager, played every role in services including product, technical and project management.

Gil Vincent - Technical Architect

  • DocuSign Experience: 9+ years

  • Current Engagement: Gil Vincent is a software professional with experience in technical lead, project manager, developer training consultant, and program manager.

  • Career Highlights: Software professional. For eight years, Gil and the DocuSign Professional Services team provided technical consulting to our customers to design, implement, and deploy optimal DocuSign integrations, including many Fortune 500 enterprises. Currently part of the Business Development organization, doing the same with our key partners.

Derrick Tran - Regional Delivery Manager, Professional Services

  • DocuSign Experience: 8 Years

  • Current Engagement: Elevate and coach individual contributors to ensure successful delivery of DocuSign solutions for our customers, as well as enhancing our current Project Management Methodology.

  • Career Highlights: Derrick has been voted “MVP” two years in a row (2016/2017) by peers in his role as a “Product Consultant”. He has a strong knowledge of DocuSign for Salesforce solutions and 5+ years implementing DocuSign solutions across many industry verticals and size ranging from small business up to large enterprises.

Yaves Graham - C.D.I.A, Director of Business Development (Certified Document Imaging Architect)

  • DocuSign Experience: 8 Years

  • Current Engagement: Currently consulting ith 10 different financial institutions with designing workflows to move signed envelopes from the DocuSign Cloud into customers preferred record management systems. Also helping these customers with moving data out of core database systems into DocuSign Cloud.

  • Career Highlights: 24 Years in the Document Management/Imaging field. Yaves has designed the largest Accounts Payable workflow in the Nation and has also converted over 120 million records to various document management systems in the past 20 years.

Ryan Cox - VP of Global Partner Solutions

  • DocuSign Experience: 7+ Years

  • Current Engagement: Leveraging partners, with a focus on emerging technologies, to bring the DocuSign Agreement Cloud to life. Global Partner Solutions is the BD driver behind all identity extensions, platform extensions, and ISV integrations. Prior to his currrent role, he ran Solution Engineering, ran Platform Product Management, and drove the acquisitions of Comprova, OpenTrust, and ARX.

  • Career Highlights: Ryan helped Ariba grow from 120 to 2220 employees, Gracenote grow from 80 to 300 (and get bought by Sony), and DocuSign grow from 150 to 3000+. Ryan's passion is helping small companies with big ideas and his forte is synthesizing complexity into simplicity.

Michael Podsiadly - Customer Success Architect (CSA)

  • DocuSign Experience: 6 Years

  • Current Engagement: Assigned to Enterprise Financial Service and Government/Public Sector customers.

  • Career Highlights: Michael has had extensive experience designing and implementing strategies to achieve customer initiatives and increase customer satisfaction. He has developed and implemented Digital Transformation strategies, including Governance framework for mulitple customers. He has written and co-authored best practice guides to implement DocuSign and drive adoption.

Stephanie Daniel, Director of Solution Engineering

  • DocuSign Experience: 5+ Years

  • Current Engagement: With over 15 years of cross-functional expertise, Stephanie has devised complex solutions with heavy engagement in construction, finance, legal and tech industries. Her primary focus is on building a Solution Engineering team delivering on organizational goals of partnering closely with prospects and customers to help understand complex business problems and requirements and translate them into solutions using the DocuSign Agreement Cloud.

  • Career Highlights: Stephanie has designed and helped develop an ERP partner integration with DocuSign; built a GTM strategy and assets for construction industry.

DeVon Roberts - Sr. Enterprise Solutions Engineer

  • DocuSign Experience: 5+ Years

  • Current Engagement: Supporting Enterprise Insurance and Financial Services prospects and customers.

  • Carrer Highlights: Recently joined the Solution Engineering team to help develop strategies and solutions to provide problem solving to drive customer success. He was a Customer Success Architect beforehand, and joined the first year of the CSA program. Devon has worked with our largest insurance brokers and carriers in the Global 500. Prior to DocuSign, he had spent 10+ years at Nationwide Insurance in P&C Sales Organization.

Josh Wise - Senior Manager, Engineering (Identify)

  • DocuSign Experience: 5 Years

  • Current Engagement: Manager for authentication and Identify.

  • Career Highlights: Designed the DocuSign Identify framework for pluggable authentication challenges. Worked on Standards-Based Signatures and helped design and build the API’s and authentication for the TSP Partner Program. Prior to DocuSign, worked at Microsoft on consumer identity, and helped build two-factor authentication and implement OpenID Connect.

Andrew Gaston - Regional Vice President, Mortgage Services

  • DocuSign Experience: 5+ years

  • Current Engagement: Currently working to bring Full Digital e-Closing to life at DocuSign for the Mortgage Industry.

  • Career Highlights: Andrew has previously managed teams in Financial Services for Majors and Mid Market segments in North America.

Evan Beilke - Senior Technical Customer Success Manager

  • DocuSign Experience: 4+ Years

  • Current Engagement: Assigned to some of DocuSign's largest customers; Evan has focused on the eMortgage business as well as API, Connect, Authoritative Copy, eOriginal, Notary, eMortgage and Rooms for Mortgage

  • Career Highlights: At DocuSign, Evan has been awarded the 'Path to Value Award' for Customer Adoption.

Kabir Grewal - SpringCM Account Executive

  • DocuSign Experience: 4 Years

  • Current Engagement: DocuSign's most experienced Financial Services CLM expert.

  • Career Highlights: Kabir works with a wide range of large financial customers, driving change management in a system of agreement process with financial services customers.

Angel Arbeteta - Manager, Customer Engineers

  • DocuSign Experience: 3.5 Years

  • Current Engagement: Assigned to strategic Accounts in North America, deploying solutions for customer success and user adoption.

  • Career Highlights: Deep engagements to make sure that our customers fully adopt DocuSign.

Eric Buechner - Senior Customer Success Architect (CSA)

  • DocuSign Experience: 3+ years

  • Current Engagement: Customer Success Architect for Enterprise and Commercial Financial Services, Digital Program development.

  • Career Highlights: 17 years of Credit Union experience as a Technical Project and Program Manager. Established and implemented the Digital Transformation Program at SEFCU, a top 50 Credit Union.

Kelley Pidhirsky - Senior Enterprise Solutions Engineer

  • DocuSign Experience: 3 Years

  • Current Engagement: Supporting DocuSign's largest FinServ and Insurance Enterprise clients.

  • Career Highlights: Kelley serves as Chair and Co-Founder of the DocuSign Women in Solution Engineering program, partnering with similar programs at other large corporations such as Salesforce, SAP Concur and Accenture. Kelley serves as one of our IMPACT leaders and mentors new SE employees and get them up to speed with all things DocuSIgn and SE program.

Patrick Meyer - Manager, Commercial Solution Engineering

  • DocuSign Experience: 2 Years

  • Current Engagement: Advise DocuSign's Banking, Credit Union, Insurance, and Wealth Management clients on how to successfully leverage DocuSign's agreement cloud to save money, generate revenue and mitigate risk.

  • Career Highlights: Prior to joining DocuSign, Patrick spent a decade in Wealth Management. Through working in Business Development at a $1T asset manager, reorganizing the operational platform of a hedge fund, and developing sophisticated trading strategies and platforms, Patrick has a deep understanding of Wealth Management business models, operations, compliance, and the challenges the industry faces.

Victoria Brookins - Industry Partner Manager

  • DocuSign Experience: 2 Years

  • Current Engagement: Working with Financial Service customers with strategic partner solutions such as Salesforce, Finastra, Allied, and Intelledox.

  • Career Highlights: In her current role, Victoria has increased pre-sale partner activity by over 250% and increased named partner revenue by 50%. She has also served as an Account Executive at DocuSign for Financial Service clients.

Danielle Labarbera - Value Engineer

  • DocuSign Experience: 2 Years

  • Current Engagement: Working with strategic accounts to quantify and qualify their current day-to-day business processes, while simultaneously gaining an understanding of the value that DocuSign will provide to customer needs.

  • Career Highlights: Has worked in SaaS Sales at Accenture, progressed to team manager working with many Fortune 500 companies.

Neeraj Joshi - Lead Product Manager

  • DocuSign Experience: 1 Year

  • Current Engagement: eSignature API, Print Driver, Retrieve, Authoritative Copy

  • Career Highlights: Prior to DocuSign, Neeraj worked on international expansion product management at GE as well as developer program launches at Intuit and Open Table.

Joey Peng - Senior Product Manager

  • DocuSign Experience: 1 Year

  • Current Engagement: eSign API, Connect, Advanced Recipient Routing

  • Career Highlights: Previously at Microsoft, Joey led the CRM UI, incubation projects including Cortana integration with Dynamics, and launched v1 enterprise Marketplace called AppSource, adopted by Azure, Office, and across Dynamics.

Mangesh Bhandarkar - Senior Director, Product Management eSignature & Enterprise

  • DocuSign Experience: 4 Weeks

  • Current Engagement: Mangesh leads the Product Management team for the DocuSign Enterprise E-Signature Solution. Mangesh & his team are responsible for delivering key innovations and user experiences to enable organizations to transform their document-based business processes.

  • Career Highlights: Prior to joining DocuSign, Mangesh held leadership level Product Management positions at several companies delivering enterprise SaaS solutions ranging from Product LifeCycle Management (PLM), Business Process Automation & Systems Integrations. Mangesh holds a BS in Mechanical & Production Engineering from the University of Mumbai, a MS in Industrial Engineering from SUNY Buffalo, and an MBA from Santa Clara University.
