Event Details

Learn to make the classics from the dim sum house.  Menu includes Pork Shui Mai with Shrimp, Pork Spare Ribs in Garlic Black Bean Sauce, and Green Onion Pancakes. Garlic Chive Gow feature a unique vegetable that looks like a chive, but has a garlicky note.  We might have a few other surprises depending upon the progress of the class.  Chef Doug Eng leads this steamy class of his childhood favorites.  Cost is $75.  Class runs from 10am to 12:30pm
