Join Zahn Dental for a unique opportunity to discover how you can transition your Removable department from analog to digital. Learn from the experts and take a deep dive into the workflow from design through manufacturing. We will review the step by step denture design process as well as equipment and materials you can utilize to implement this workflow into your existing removable department or extend your current product line to include removable restorations. Our goal is to provide your laboratory with a better understanding of what is needed to go digital with a step-by-step live demo denture design. Walk away with experience and confidence to take the leap forward into digital dentures and removable partial dentures.
Vincent Verderosa MDT, CDT will open the course with a comprehensive look at the current state of digital dentures. It’s manufacturing workflows and the material options available include the advantages of each process.
3 Shape will demonstrate scanning and designing of a full denture and partial frame-work. This will be a step-by-step denture design process including tips for integrating these workflows into your lab. Kris Schermerhorn will give an in-depth explanation of Myerson’s thermoplastic solutions. He will demonstrate a design and share processing techniques with a live demonstration of easy repair solutions using the Hot Shot gun.
Kulzer will be demonstrating live printing onsite and walk us through a printed denture design, the printing and post processing procedures using luting materials and customer stains. Roland will review the new updates with their mills and explain the options for milling thermoplastics and other material solutions including the proper tooling.
Breakfast and lunch will be included during the course.
