Digitally-Driven Immediate Dental Implant Replacement Solutions: Single and Full-Arch.

The high success of immediate dental implants is well established in the dental literature. In fact, some studies show immediate placement may be superior to delayed or staged restorations. Yet, practitioners are still hesitant to take advantage of immediate implants even in an ideal clinical scenario.

This lecture focuses on advantages, patient selection, and strategies to optimize the outcome of immediate dental implants. Digital workflow, restorative-driven esthetics, and full-arch rehabilitations will be discussed along with comprehensive start to finish case examples seamlessly integrating surgical and prosthetics concepts. This lecture is ideal for both surgical and restorative doctors.

2. Understand patient selection and patient specific factors leading to successful treatment for immediate placement, functional restorations and ideal esthetic outcome.

3. Learn outcome benefits of immediate anterior tooth replacement.

4. Understand ideal implant position, provisional technique and idealizing final esthetic outcome.

6. Learn the benefits of utilizing digital protocols of guided implant placement and immediate guided prosthetic full-arch replacement.

7. Learn digital workflow and specific technologies essential for streamlined treatment for implant placement, provisionalization and final restoration.

8. Understand the important factors in deciding whether to utilize computer-guided surgical stents vs 3d navigation restorative-based immediate implant placement.
