About the Speaker:
Zachary Jean Paradis is a strategist, professor and author obsessed with transforming lives through experience innovation – he leads the Experience Strategy practice at SapientRazorfish, teaches at IIT Institute of Design, and lives in Chicago. He has worked with clients such as Fiat Chrysler Auto Group, Hyatt, John Deere, Ladbrokes, M&S, McLaren Automotive, Microsoft, Target, and Unilever, just to mention a few, as well as co-authored the book ’Naked Innovation’.
