On February 16th, The Digital Transformation In FinTech conference hosted by Orange Silicon Valley will assemble leaders from the banking industry, innovative FinTech startups, and experienced venture capital to discuss the challenges and opportunities presented by shifting consumer behaviors and new business models that are upending traditional practices.

Ray Davis served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Umpqua Bank for over 19 years. Under his leadership, Umpqua has grown from $150 million in assets in 1994 to more than $24 billion in assets today. Ray pioneered a distinctive customer experience and corporate culture that have become iconic in the banking industry.

Today, banks are challenged by technological advancements that are enabling both incumbents and startups to reconstruct banking and financial services.
