On Beyond the Lean Revolution:
Enterprises are complex integrated and interdependent networks of people, processes, and technologies that create value for their stakeholders. The seven principles of enterprise transformation and the enterprise transformation roadmap provide the foundations that enables enterprises to answer three foundational questions: Who they create value for, what value they create, and how they know they are delivering value.
When enterprises are able to recognize the gap between the current state to their desired future state, they can build structured approach to plan, inspect and govern their transformation efforts. When traditional transformation efforts are scaffolded with technology, firms in emerging countries can exploit multiple sources of innovation to truly achieve digital transformation.

On Digital Analytics:
As firms move into the digital age, organizational maturity must be assessed on whether there is adequacy of people, process, information and technology to make the most efficient and effective use of analytics. The speaker will be outlining this process and discuss several case studies on companies who have undergone this transformation and employed data analytics into their organization.
Each case study highlights a particular application of data analytics: (1) Building the capability to gain customer insight from data; (2) Information sharing among stakeholders; and (3) the interpretation of data patterns and thereby responding to consumer behaviour. Executing an appropriate strategy by knowing how to properly deal with data accumulated from operations, can lead to ongoing growth and fast evolution.
