Join us for an exciting workshop dedicated to DIGITAL SCULPTING (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digital_sculpting) for 3D Printing! As part of an upcoming series of Digital Art workshops, this 2-day immersive experience is targeted to those starting out with 3D Modeling and digital tools to prototype for the arts as well as finished products.

We will go through the process of 3D designing with Autodesk Fusion 360 from Concept to Digital Sculpt to 3D Printed Model. Anyone who is eager to expand their knowledge about Organic Forms and T-Spline Modeling is welcome to join!

--> Solid Modeling versus T-Spline Modeling

--> Best Practices and Methods for T-Spline/Organic Models
--> Detailing in Organic Models
--> Sub-Assemblies and Optimizing "Appearance" (e.g. Texture)

16.30 - 18.00: Design for 3D Printing
--> Hands-on application of Fusion 360's 3D Printer Slicer Tool: Autodesk Print Studio

WHAT TO BRING:
• Participants will need to bring their own Laptop/charger with Autodesk's Fusion 360 installed (Free version available online:http://www.autodesk.com/products/fusion-360/)
• Please also bring a USB or Wireless Mouse to enrich your user experience

NOTES:
• There are no pre-requisites for this workshop, anybody of any background is welcome to attend, provided they bring their own laptop with Autodesk's Fusion 360 installed
