Our “Sphere of Influence(r)” series was created to highlight the new wave of thinkers creating the strategies, platforms & content fueling modern influencer marketing initiatives.

We're co-hosting this month's event with Takumi, the leading platform for connecting brands to influencers on Instagram at scale, for the next edition of our series. We'll be featuring leading marketers from FILA, Tequila Avión, and Day One Agency to discuss how they're killin' it on the Gram. We'll cover:

The sessions include:

  • Creating & Scaling high quality content
  • Early insights from IGTV (Instagram TV)
  • Working with Micro Influencers

We'll end the evening with DJ, networking & a custom cocktail bar built by SIPBAR.

Brian Liebler is the Head of Sales - U.S. for Takumi, the premier micro-influencer marketing platform for Instagram headquartered in the UK.

Previously, Liebler served as Vice President of Advertising Sales at Whisper, the largest online community where people share real thoughts and feelings, without identities and Vice President of Advertising Sales & Business Development at ooVoo, a free group video chat and messaging app with 150+ million registered users. A highly effective business development and sales professional, Liebler has more than 20+ years of experience in the media and entertainment industries at both start-up and leading media companies such as, ChaCha, Alloy Media + Marketing (now Defy Media), Y2M: Youth Media + Marketing (acquired by Viacom's mtvU), XOS Digital, and CO-ED Magazine/COED Media Group (acquired by bluTonic). His expertise resides primarily in pairing brand advertisers and content providers with emerging online, social and mobile technology and trends for early adopter teens and young adults.

Liebler holds an M.B.A. in marketing from Seton Hall University.

Chelsey Wilkins is a creative digital marketer and the Brand Manager for Tequila Avión, where she oversees Avión's influencer marketing, social media marketing, event sponsorship and more. While she may be new to spirits, Chelsey has had a very successful career in both the music and entertainment fields. Prior to her work with Avión, she held the title of Digital Content Manager at Columbia Records, where she contributed to the success of Solange’s A Seat At The Table, The Chainsmoker's debut project, and N.E.R.D’s highly anticipated No One Ever Really Dies album. Prior to her work at Columbia Records, she worked as an Associate Digital Producer for MTV’s VMAs, Movie Awards and Unplugged series. In her free time, she's written for publications like Vibe, Essence Magazine, and Ebony Magazine.

 



Sean Lynch

Sean Lynch currently serves as FILA North America's Marketing Manager of Influencers & Athlete programs. After receiving a B.A in Communications from St. Francis College, Sean spent a number of years as a journalist writing for notable outlets such as Complex and MTV. Following a successful stretch as Editor of The Source, he joined the FILA marketing team in 2013. Over the last five years, he has worked diligently to build FILA’s social media presence as well as successful influencer marketing campaigns, both from a retail and brand perspective.




Jamie Falkowski

Jamie approaches strategic and creative execution with the idea of story, looking for opportunities to pair original thinking with an editorial perspective. Over the last 12 years he has worked across various industries with one goal in mind: to stay excited and inspired as much in work as in life, always chasing new ideas and experiences. Jamie began his career in magazines, working across marketing, production and editorial functions at Surface Magazine and Time Out New York. That experience has influenced the way in which he develops concepts, putting people’s interests and expectations first. Across his agency work at Day One, Alldayeveryday, and M Booth Jamie has partnered with Nike, The Gap, Standard Hotels, Chipotle, COS, YouTube, Sonos, and others.

 




Tanya Chirico

Tanya Chirico a micro-influencer behind the Instagram blog @Modern.Mrs. She is a former Broadway performer and NYU graduate, and has worked in sales at FOX Broadcasting, The Weather Channel, and Viacom. Currently a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, Tanya lives in NJ with her husband and two young children.

After becoming a mother, Tanya was inspired to start Modern Mrs as a way to get back in touch with her creative side, but quickly saw a business opportunity and began to build her brand. Modern Mrs is geared towards the stylish, feminine, female and shows women that they can have it all: career, family, and style (all with a little help)!

Tanya has worked on many national brand campaigns, including Neutrogena, Living Proof, Cover Girl, Diageo Brands, 1-800-Flowers, Pantene, Charming Charlie, and multiple others. She started working as a model for Maggy London and has partnered with major retailers, such as LOFT, on in-store events and campaigns. Tanya’s goal is to stay true to herself, her brand, and her followers, and provide women with brands that fit their lifestyle.
