Session Details:
Be Your Own Social Media Guru-
Trust your data, not a passing guru. Learn the way to think about reaching your target audience and tactics on how to use social platforms to accomplish this. Find out what metrics are available to you and how to use them.
Digital Communications Strategy-
We will examine what you're saying and who you are saying it to. Figure out what your target audience is looking for and most importantly how to deliver value to them in order to build your network.
Updates on the Social Landscape-
Nice refresher on current platforms to consider and some fundamentals on each.
Break Out Groups-
Work as a group on messaging and brainstorm social media tactics based on the frame work discussed earlier in the day. Create your social media "diet" to figure out what you should post.
Organizing on Main Street 2.0:
You don't ask someone to marry you on the first date. We will walk through the steps that get people to go from anonymous visitor to showing up at your event.
