Description

Learn about the addictive aspects of all screen technologies (i.e. Smartphones, Internet, computers, gaming devices, etc.). Presented by Dr. David Greenfield, founder of the Center for Internet and Technology Addiction and Asst. Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the UCONN School of Medicine.

This program will address:

  • Psychosocial and neurobehavioral aspects of the Internet and how these unique characteristics promote compulsive use and addictive patterns

  • Dependency and Warning Signs

  • Mindful Technology Use

  • Setting age-appropriate limits with your kids

Walk away with solutions to limit digital distraction in your family and foster healthier family connections.
