Digital Deceptions - Online safety, AI and Islam

DUE TO THE DISTURBING NATURE OF SOME OF THE INFORMATION BEING PRESENTED, CHILDREN UNDER 14 WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND.

Oakwood Primary welcomes you to Digital Deceptions. Join us for an insightful event focusing on online safety, AI, and Islam. Discover how to navigate the digital world securely while exploring the intersection of technology and religion. At Oakwood Primary, we want parents to be completely aware of some of the real dangers that young people can face in the online world. Across the education sector we are picking up some frightening cases. We want to ensure that parents have the knowledge and skills to help keep their children safe. Crucially, there are developments around AI (Artificial Intelligence) that can have severe ethical implications for our children and communities. As a community, we are very far behind on our understanding around AI. We are grateful that we will have a panel of experts including Dr Yaqub Chaudhury, who is a leading academic in the field of AI. Our experts will delve into topics such as cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and the impact on the Islamic community. Don't miss this opportunity to expand your knowledge and engage in meaningful discussions.
