Event Information
About this Event
About the Workshop Series:
This is a weekly 90-minute workshop with four sessions where we will write and build community.
You can choose to take the workshop on
- Tuesdays from 7-8:30pm EST (Pod 1)
- OR
- Saturdays from 3-4:30 EST (Pod 2).
In each session, we will explore writing in different poetry forms and expand our photography skills. All levels of experience are welcome. Participants should expect to spend about 30-45 minutes a week writing and shooting photos on their own.
The workshop culminates with a digital magazine publication of your work hosted on Mensen's website and for you to distribute.
On Sunday, May 11th from 3-4:30pm, we'll have a public event to share the publication and celebrate your work with your community.
