Dig IN, A Taste of Indiana
Dig IN will feature educational discussion panels, cooking demonstrations, urban gardening exhibits, local expert Q&A sessions, wine tastings, beer and food pairing, and much more. Combining the freshness of farmer's markets and our state's greatest food minds, this event promises a feast for the senses. Don't miss the opportunity to help us celebrate all that Indiana agriculture has to offer.
More than 30 of Indiana's greatest food minds will be preparing a unique dish based on Indiana's farm fresh produce and protein. Attendees can interact directly with the chef as well as the producer while dining on a 2-ounce taste. Come hungry. With more than 30 options to choose from, you'll be surprised how quickly a "taste" will fill you up.
Dig IN has partnered with the Indiana Wine Grape Council and the Brewers of Indiana Guild to provide Indiana-made wines and beers. More than 15 wineries and breweries are on tap, as is Bjava Coffee & Tea with a signature iced coffee, and Natural Born Juicers, with a signature Dig-IN juice. Beverages will be available for taste and purchase.
