Course Description:

This workshop prepares you for having difficult conversations by providing a framework for collaborative problem solving. The mindset we create around conflict is based on the circumstances of the conflict and our past experiences. This training introduces concepts, tools and skills to facilitate creating a positive mindset to guide our actions.

Please make sure that you have the approval of your manager before attending any training. If there is a fee associated with the training, make sure that your manager understands that this training is not already pre-paid by King County and that your home department will be responsible for all associated fees.
