Let me finally share how I do life. Join me in this first time workshop as I give away my secrets to always eating 3 healthy meals a day.

This is a trial and is priced accordingly, it's intimate and for those who've crossed my path these last few years that i'd love to share my knowledge with.

Price includes as local as possible organic plant based dinner (to suit everyones diet needs) and non-alco drinks (I'll give you a few health tips here also).

Via a 7 step process you will learn how to plan a portion controlled, balanced, nutrient dense meal to suit any dietary needs, that will work with any diet changes you wish to make now or in the future. No recipe books required and even foodies will love.

I am an Interior Design, Building Biologist, Health Coach and all-round Wellness Designer with 20+ years of personal Health Hunting behind me.

As I was trying to work out my own bio-individual dietary needs there was never just one meal for dinner at our house - we always made 2, there was never a recipe I never had to modify, and never a week that went buy when I didn’t need to test out a new food. Our meals started to deconstruct, meat for you, grains for you, sweet veg for me, greens for both. The health coach in me wanted to know I was eating balanced meals, the designer in me needed a plan. So my meal planner was born and I’ve been using it for the last 4 years.

I created it for Health Hunters, Diet failures and those under doctors orders. Those who want and those who need to eat healthier – daily.

It will help you wake up daily & eat what you know your body needs while running your empire… because we are all busy and time poor.

And because…

I believe there is not one diet for all.
I believe to thrive we all need to eat to our own unique needs.
I believe to get to thriving we all need to clear our plate and learn what our unique body’s needs actually are…

And to do this we need a meal plan that will adapt with us for life.
I am not a dietitian or naturopath, but this approach is designed to work with anything they may guide you to do.

I break a meal into 7 key elements, give portion guidelines for each element, and outline exactly what constitutes nutrient dense foods for each element.

It can assist you in closing off your journey for your perfect diet,
While keeping your plate open for your ever-changing dietary needs,
All whilst still feeding the tribe around you, who each have their own unique needs.
