Did I Win the Bid? Understanding Government Contracting Series is a three-part series designed for small business owners to learn the government contracting process in ascending order. You will learn how to become eligible to bid, how to find a bid that you want to bid on, and how to assemble and submit a complete bid, using the estimates completed in the previous sessions.
