Speaker Bio:

Cherie Wong (she/her) is an intersectional feminist and politico, residing and working on Turtle Island. Cherie is an advocate for human rights, social justice, and democratic developments. She strives to dismantle systems of power and to empower marginalized communities in all of her work. Cherie is the Executive Director of Alliance Canada Hong Kong, a national organization that advocates for Canadian policy and legislative changes in support of Hong Kong’s democratic movement.
