Learn the ‘need to know’ basics for living healthy with diabetes and receive your own customized meal plan.

This class meets on the 3rd Thursday of every month from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the Rehab Services Classroom. You are encouraged to bring a friend or spouse along (limit one guest per person). You must register online. Call (251) 949-3786 for more information.

The Rehab building is beside the hospital to the north. It is directly across from the Emergency Room entrance. Enter the door at the back of the building nearest to the Emergency Room. The classroom is on your right.
