Description

This Residential Retreat

Wise and Compassionate Living: Dharma and Qigong for Challenging Times with Teja Bell

This silent retreat is an immersion into well-being and sanity through the gifts of Dharma and Radiant Heart Qigong.

  • This is an enlivening practice of wisdom through the direct experience of our true nature.
  • This is the essential lucidity of the teachings of the Dharma that embrace the wisdom of compassion and the value of Loving Awareness ~ Metta.
  • We will connect with the practices that bring about embodied presence through centered and grounded skill.

Teja holds the space of safety, wholeness, and well-being as we learn to align with the deepest values of our lives and embody them in the world:

  • Each day will include contemplative practice and restorative qigong, with periods of sitting, walking, and meditation.
  • Meditation instructions are offered each day, along with time for questions and inquiry.
  • Teja will offer daily dharma talks that support the themes of the retreat.
